Sam is a driven business man that will go the extra mile. Sam has had a passion for investment properties since he was in his early teen years helping his family manage a few condominium units. Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Sam is familiar with the Real Estate market and hungry to show investors how much potential this market has. Sam is a bachelor of Sociology graduate from Saint Mary’s University and currently in the process of finishing a Business Administration Certificate from Mount Saint Vincent University. He has experience in marketing and business through running his first business EcoHeatandPower.com.
Jack Gillett
Chief Operating Officer & Development
In formative years, Jack has played a small role in helping multiple family members’ small businesses get off the ground. He understands the value of hard work and determination from seeing what his family had to do to find success. He has a Bachelor of Arts from Dalhousie University. In the past year, Jack has started to work in property management. He is passionate about helping to provide the best accommodations and services for tenants. Jack sees no limits when it comes to investing in real estate. He wants to find success for his investors by pursuing deals that will create the highest quality product.
Byron Kavanagh
Chief Investment Officer & Acquisition Manager
Byron has had a passion for Real Estate since his early childhood years. Born and raised in Halifax, Nova Scotia; Byron can provide his clients with knowledge in Real estate on the transactional side. He also shares a life worth of local/community knowledge and connections he has earned across the province. He has several years of experience in sales and has a Bachelor of Management degree from Dalhousie University, with a focus in Entrepreneurship. At Citra Capital, Byron uses market analysis, repurpose strategies, and revenue growth strategies to indentify lucrative invesments oppourtunites for Citra Capital shareholders.
